Chiara Maioni has being working in the film industry for almost 19 years, with the last nine spent in the Middle East.
Chiara began her production career in 1995 with Filmmasterclip in Milan. Eventually she transitioned to the agency side, working as a junior producer for Euro RSCG Milan with clients such as Saiwa and Citroen. After three years, Chiara became a freelancer, producing international and national TVC productions for the Italian market. As a producer, she’s worked with David la Chapelle, Tony Key, Sebastian Salgado, Jeff Darling, Tarsem, Zack Snyder, Rupert Sanders, Federico Brugia, Anthea Benton and many others.
In 2004, she moved permanently to Dubai with Filmworks Dubai where she produced TVC’s for both local and multinational brands. Additionally, she assisted on the production of some feature films that Filmworks produced during those years (Syriana, The Kingdom, City of Life and MI4).
In 2011, Chiara became the Head of TV Production at BBDO Dubai. As the production head, she was responsible for supervising creative bids, pre- production, production and post- production for all of the agency’s main clients (Pepsi, Mars, Mercedes/, Emirates, Etisalat, Fonterra, P&G, J&J, Blackberry, Visa, HP, QLC, HP, DSS, OSN, Skittles, Vision2021, UAE Armed Forces and more).
In July 2013, Chiara joined The Production Advisory Group. She occasionally works as a freelance producer on additional projects of interest.
